Sokol Blosser
Our last winery of the day is Sokol Blosser. We called from Domaine Serene about 2 Pm to get into Sokol Blosser for a tasting before their 4PM closing.
We were told we could get a glass but not a tasting. So we went for a glass and to see Sokol Blosser and report to you.
The winery is similar to Sterling Winery one of the Mainstays of Napa. The tasting room is metal & glass with plants growing on the roof.
We had one glass of Noir but Lacking a tasting we can only say it was OK. And we should have gone here before Serene but that's how life is.
We stayed until 4:30 that's 30 minutes after closing, few workers around and we were given the key to lock up… and I think we did a great job but we'll have to watch the news to be sure…. More on that later.
