Lucky 13 is a chain restaurant that moved into a spot formerly occupied by Old Country Buffet across the street from Rosedale Mall in Rosedale Commons. It is not that much different than Applebees another American pub chain that has better food and lower prices, and is in the area. We paid $48 for two burgers and soft drinks. We thought we would try the place for a review but were unimpressed and simply would not recommend them or go back.
