Tonight to Cahill Bistro of Edina.
It’s a small hole in the wall Argentinian restaurant.
But don’t let the size or location fool you, they have very good: food, wine and service.
We were looking for something near the Edina Art Show which we attended a year early based on a clueless website.
We found Cahill Bistro on the web and liking Argentinian food thought we’d try it.
We started with a Reserve Cab from Spain and a Noir from Argentinian both needed to breathe but got better with food.
We had a salad with a Citrus Avocado dressing which was incredible. We followed that with Carne Empanadas which prefer over E.
Followed by a Lobster Pasta that high acidity countered by a Panko topping which was a great compliment. It is one of the best pasta salads in the metro… it was VERY GOOD.
Our bill with two wines, shared a salad, Empanadas and Lobster Salad was a reasonable $77 and no Covid charge.
