Most Friday nights we go to a wine tasting at North Loop Wine we do so for many reasons: they have great wine with knowledgeable people. But their people's knowledge goes far beyond wine, they know the great local restaurants no one else know about. We were supposed to go to the Mid-East Festival at an Orthodox Church in St Paul to ride a camel and eat Gyros, but the weather sux. So we are at Bardo just across the River from downtown, kitty corner from Surdyks. This is ANOTHER place we have driven past for literally 40 years. Now that we tried it, it might break into our top ten. Wine, food, service & prices are exceptional.
