Every weekend from April to June 15th and Sept 1 – Oct 1 within an hours drive of the Twin Cities, someone is running a dog field trial or hunt test. Hunt Tests are fun qualifying events and Field Trials is very serious professionals. The event we covered was at The MN Horse & Hunt Club and was a fun Hunt Test. OK Not so fun when you pay $50 and your dog screws up on something it has done a hundred times and you fail. But they are fun to watch.
